What are the advantages of booking directly from our website or by telephone?
When booking directly from our website, or by telephone or email, you will be guaranteed our best available rate and find exclusive offers. Booking is always easy and totally secure. there are no additional costs. Direct contact with our reception staff will allow us to meet your every request and have our full and personal attention.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out up to 11.00am. If you need it, after check-out, you can leave your luggage in our safe luggage room.
What’s included in the room?
The standard daily rate includes your overnight stay, breakfast and free Wi-Fi. During the summer season, entrance to our swimming pools and Sassabanek lakeside resort is also included. here you can find a variety of activities to enjoy on and around the lake.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation free of any charges or penalties if done within three days of arrival. If you book directly with us, in case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card.
Do I need to send a deposit to confirm my reservation?
There are different ways of confirming your booking. During the booking process, our reception staff will advise you how, depending on the offer you are given. confirmation possibilities include:
- non-refundable advance purchase with no refund in case of cancellation.
- credit card as guarantee, which will not be charged before your departure.
- by asking for a deposit of 30% of the entire stay.
Do you have parking facilities?
Yes, we have free parking. n.b the car park is not guarded, however it is within the hotel premises
if you are arriving with an organized group or tour operator, you can park larger vehicles, such as coaches, in an adjacent car park, just a few steps from the hotel.
Do you offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. you can navigate this in our public areas and in your room.
Do you accept animals?
Our property does not accept animals.
Do you offer a shuttle bus service?
Upon booking, if required, we can arrange the transfer service. just ask our reservations staff
Is the hotel equipped with a pool?
In our gardens there are three pools that are open during the summer season (subject to weather conditions). Also during the summer, our customers have the opportunity to have free access to the wonderful lakeside lido, Sassabanek where there are three swimming pools, a private sunbathing are on the lake, soccer field and beach volleyball, canoes, pedal boats, windsurfing as well somewhere to purchase snacks and light refreshments.
Can guests enjoy the use of the spa and gym?
When booking you can request access to the wellness area for a maximum of 90 minutes per person during your stay. The entrance is subject to availability on any given day. The space includes: jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath, invigorating and hot showers, a relaxing area with access to warm tisanes, fitness room and beauty space.
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes, we have a full service restaurant called L’Alzavola, and has 3 salons and an outdoor terrace.
Is the hotel accessible for the disabled?
Yes, there are 8 rooms well equipped for disabled guests.
Is there room service?
Room service is available for an additional charge of € 5.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
All our rooms are strictly non-smoking, however all are equipped with an outside balcony where is it possible to smoke.
How far is the hotel from the historical center of iseo?
The hotel is about 1 km from the center of Iseo, well within walking distance (about 10 minutes). There is a wide sidewalk into town that runs alongside the bike path. N.B. in addition it is possible to rent bicycles at the hotel. On arrival you will be given a map with the route.
